Complaints Procedure
We pride ourselves with the level of Client Care and are committed to the provision of high quality legal services to both commercial and private Clients and hope that any work done on your behalf will be carried out to your complete satisfaction. However, in the event that you are in any way dissatisfied with the standard of the service that you receive, we would be grateful if you were to follow the procedure set out below:
a. You should in the first place address your complaint to the fee earner handling your matter. He or she will be expected to resolve the complaint either by explaining the circumstances or attending to any matter required to rectify the problem promptly and courteously.
b. In the event that you are not satisfied with the fee earner's response, you should address your complaint in writing to the senior Partner of the practice, Mr Jeremy Marozzi, within 14 days of the last relevant conversation referred to in a. above. Mr Marozzi will then reply to your communication within 14 days of receipt.
c. In the event that a letter to the Senior partner fails to produce a response to your satisfaction, you can then contact the Legal Ombudsman at Legal Ombudsman PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ about your complaint. Any complaint to the Legal Ombudsman must usually be made within six months of the date of our final decision on your complaint. Please note also that in most cases you must refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman within 6 years of the act or omission about which you are complaining occurring
(or within 3 years of when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint) and the matter being complained about must have occurred after 5 October 2010. For further information, you should contact the Legal Ombudsman on 0300 555 0333 or at

d. We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority
(“SRA”) and are obliged to comply with their mandatory principles and code of conduct.
